Summary

One of the most frequent feedback we receive from users is that trades are taking too long to settle. This EPIC captures a few ideas on how to drastically reduce execution speed and turn CoW Swap from the slow exchange into the fastest exchange.

Justification

It's the number 1 user feedback

RAID (Risks, Assumptions, Issues and Dependencies)

Dependencies

  • PBS for picking the best valid solution at block production time
  • Solvers for solving auctions faster than they do today

Risks

  • One batch per token per block is still to slow
  • Submitting multiple solution candidates in parallel may not lead to the best one being picked due to advanced builder games
