Summary

CoW Protocol makes extensive use of off-chain architecture. As the code-base has some history, and the project has moved through different phases, complexity has inevitably crept in. In order to ensure maintainability, and nimbleness, we aim to significantly reduce the complexity.

Justification

Through complexity reduction, and creating a more nimble system, deployment to new chains becomes less onerous, allowing for expansion / growth.
