Hi,
it would be good to have a hint in the docs what actually happens if the limit is hit.
I played around with it and found that an exception is thrown with an err from raw-body.
I don't know whether this is convention with generator functions but if not, it should be in the docs.

Have seen a few request entity too large errors showing up in bugsnag from bots pen testing our endpoints.

Would it make sense for co-body to eat errors and return undefined for all errors?
