Bug: Fund Wallet Link Breaks For EOAs #1162

Describe the bug and the steps to reproduce it

Go to any dapp that uses the FundWalletLink component (ex: https://billsplit.xyz)
Connect with an EOA like CB wallet or Metamask
Click the fund wallet link (in the bill split app, this is in the dropdown under the USDC logo

What's the expected behavior?

The user is taken to a place where they can fund their wallet

What version of the libraries are you using?

v0.30.0
