using the youtube live chat library + youtube-search-api, to make a seamless experience for users watching the live stream to add songs in the queue. I have started to work on this.

Can you please do a PR for this? Will be great if you can find the current livestream of the logged in admin and auto fill the input of chatURL. (Can be done later)

We need to rate limit the number of songs a user can add.
Do you get username or user's email from this API?
