cleaning up the unneeded files in madgraph

I don't think these are really needed. tested some of them but would be nice if someone can check things systematically (for ones in madspingrid, you need to check with a gridpack that runs madspin)

for madspingrid directories

1. see if the physics is the same when removing decay and prod me grids
2. see if other spinmodes are ok without it as well
3. see if LO (with madspin) and NLO are both OK

These three needs to be checked

ok sitian reminded me of powheg-madspin setup. we have to see if powheg-madspin is also safe from removing madspingrids

I am checking this gridpack [1]. I haven't looked but I think we might be able to move some of the log like files below.

It runs if I remove files with "default" in their names and "input_app.txt" which reduces nfiles in the gridpack (25000->15000) but the rest need to be checked with different processes

I will leave notes in [2]
