What should I do when I run dnaPipeTE and I get Bases_per_components.pdf and TEs_piechart.pdf but no landscape.pdf
During startup - Warning messages:

3: Setting LC_TIME failed, using "C"

I would need a little more info to pinpoint exactly the problem:

• what version of dnaPipeTE (docker/singularity or older?)
• full output log
• the complete command you used
• information about the system dnaPipeTE was run on
