Import MyTurn database into group lending

We'll need to import the MyTurn inventory to test out the new reservation system with real items. We only want the items (not the members, memberships, or other models). This data can be exported from the MyTurn UI.

There may be some decisions to make about how to do this. Ideally it's something we can do more than once, since we might have to do it a few times during testing.
