Should install generate an example webhook handler + test?

In terms of easier onboarding, it could be neat to generate an example webhook handler, output it to something like app/webhook-handlers/example_handler.rb, and maybe even go as far as generating a test file for that handler. This will make it easier for people to get onboarded.
