Looks like sshd will not run on a UBI image, but we could use a RHEL image if there is a requirement to productize this.

@ibuziuk @benoitf what do you think?

so after looking through the container collections, there isn't really a base RHEL image, and the ones that I have tried don't have openssh-server in their package repos. So that is the big hang up currently

I know that for some images, there is/was usage of some other repos
