Upgrade to nginx 1.25

The current image uses nginx 1.22. Note that from 1.22 to 1.23, something in the new version of ngninx (probably related to the Content-Length header) makes the direct download from eos fail. The upgrade a newer version of ngninx should be done in shuch a way that these things are still working
