Feature Request

Description

The node engine is locked in Package.json to a version between 8.9.2 and 11. This prevents using Terra with any current or active version of Node.

@aaronshivers There's a little background about the Node versions for these projects. Terra's WDIO testing strategy uses WDIO 4 which is incompatible with Node 12. Once our testing framework upgrades to WDIO 6 we'll be able to unlock the node restriction and migrate onto later versions of Node. This will likely be a big uplift for our internal and external projects. There's an issue logged here if you'd like to follow along. There's no scheduled timeline, but I would anticipate this issue to begin progress in the next few months.
