Hi,
I'm trying to use the PSI-coffee, but I got the error:

Impossible to find BLAST Templates
Check that your blast server is properly installed

Blast is installed. I have no idea what I should do to solve...

Hello,
Could you please send me your versions of tcoffee and blast+ as well as the error log produced by tcoffee? In general, I would recommend to use PSI-coffee with a local database (-blast_server LOCAL -protein_db <path_to_your_database>) such as uniref50.
