The adhesive bandage emoji is not working on gitlab

Describe the bug

When i read a commit on gitlab with 🩹, the emoji does not show up.
Maybe we should consider using an emoji which is compatible.

Reproduction

• create a gitlab project
• commit with 🩹
• notice that the emoji does not show up.
