Cometborne / Lydia of the Void

Version: 5.23.0

Flew the alt to HIP 18120 which has various bio signals. Logged out of E:D, switched to the main account in Phooe Auf HV-I c24-0, which has other signals. Resulting display in the plugin was the sum of both.

To reproduce, have two accounts in different systems triggering different codex icons.
Log in to account a, quit to desktop, log in to account b.

Expected behavior
The plugin should only display the codex icons for the currently active commander.

I'll take a look . Will probably need to trigger a reload on the appropriate event
