Describe the solution you'd like
Send the Guardian Beacon report, take a screenshot of the message, use the reportID and upload screenshot to CAPIv2 via the upload plugin. Manual verification of message will be required.

Describe alternatives you've considered
Tweak the current screenshot plugin to do so

Codex report triggers a post to the model -- capture the id
Prompt user to take a screenshot

If the user has the message box open and takes a screenshot.
resize the image
upload the image and get the id
update the original report with the image id

If it any point the user moves out of the system before uploading the screenshot then stop listening for the screenshot

We don't want hundreds of identical screenshots. Why not stop requesting the screenshot if we already have 5 screenshots on file?
