This issue is to track an idea that came up when reviewing nested star's implementation for P3A. It seemed like it might be possible to use a dynamic K value that allows the user to adjust depending on their desired level of anonymity they want to maintain.

The two questions in my mind would be:

  1. How might the be useful or what use case would this provide additional benefit to us for?
  2. How would we make this work?
