Is My Brupop Deployment Working Correctly?

I know this is a noob question but I have successfully (I THINK) deployed Brupop and I do not see any errors in the agent logs. However, when I check brs, I see this:

It looks like Brupop updated one of my nodes but the older version (1.21.1) doesn't have a target version of 1.22.0, is this by design? Is it just waiting to do the other node or is there an issue with my deployment somewhere?

I do see that the agents have restarted but I do not see any errors in the logs:
