Proposed improvement of ebook-speaker for use with Orca

Hello,

I made a video to show the use of ebook-speaker with Orca and the problems reading Orca with the ebook-speaker interface in its file manager and when reading the document:

Here are my suggestions for improving ebook-speaker with Orca:

• Remove the periods between the chapter titles and the page number
• Remove the version, the name of the author in the top banner
• Filter the files jeg, opf, displayed in the file explorer
• Send the Orca+S shortcut keys when starting reading a document and when exiting reading it to put Orca in silent mode while reading the document (This is not done in my proposal for fix below)

This could be enabled by adding an option when launching ebook-speaker.
