Dear Dr. Bhattiprolu,

I am writing to express my sincere appreciation for your repository and YouTube channel. Your resources have been invaluable in advancing my work on histopathology image analysis.

I am currently focusing on analyzing both H&E and complex immunofluorescence stained images. While I have thoroughly explored your tutorials, I haven't found specific guidance on processing complex immunofluorescence staining techniques. I have, however, benefited significantly from your tutorials on H&E normalization (122_normalizing_HnE_images), IHC analysis (278_IHC_color_separation_followed_by_nuclei_segmentation_using_python), and FISH analysis (328a_smFISH_analysis_using_Big_FISH_singleplex and 328b_smFISH_analysis_using_Big_FISH_multiplex).

I believe expanding your tutorials to include complex immunofluorescence staining methods would be extremely beneficial to the community.

Currently, I am training a UNet model on H&E images with corresponding masks for each immunofluorescence channel. I'm encountering challenges with potential autofluorescence contamination when predicting other immunofluorescence channels. I suspect that the preprocessing steps for immunofluorescence images might be crucial in addressing this issue.

I would greatly appreciate any insights or suggestions you might have to overcome this challenge.

Thank you for your time and consideration.

Best regards,

Linh
