Notifications breaking when posts go viral too quickly

Describe the bug
When a post gets too many likes and reposts, the notifications tab seems to only show the last 3/4 notification groups (grouped notification slots, regardless of content).

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Have a post get many interactions (likes, reposts, comments) at the same time,
2. try to look at your notifications on web client.

Expected behavior
The notifications should all show up as usual.
