Default recording behavior should be to record all streams

It's rare that a user has multiple streams but only wants to record one of them.

At the same time, it may not be clear to the user right now that the widget records only one stream, and with that they can loose footage unnecessarily.

In this case the record widget configuration should be a combo box and not a regular drop down.
