Install Zeroconf python package

In order for us to "scan" for AI decks to connect in the client via WiFi we need to discover them. Zeroconf can be used for this, but in order to add it to the library we also have to add it to the builder (otherwise tests will fail).

So we should add installation of zeroconf==0.26.1 to the pip install.
