"There seems to be a slight bug where collapsing/expanding the footer on a smaller screen size will leave the toggle available to press when you increase the window size. This really isn't a huge issue at all, but just thought we should document it:"

jquery watch for screen width expansion, once past whatever css breakpoint is, hide
