Can't Buy - Error Message - Snapshot Height Does Not Match

Cant buy BTC - on offer page I get this error message
Warning
An error occurred at task: ProcessOfferAvailabilityResponse
Cannot take offer because snapshot height does not match. Probably your DAO data are not synced.

I have successfully made 3 trades today before this issue occurred - same version

Steps to reproduce

Buy - Bitcoin - GBP - Buy button - Take Offer - Error Message

Expected behaviour

Expect to be able to set sliders on page and take offer

Actual behaviour

Got ErrorMessage - can't buy - so its kind of urgent ...I want to buy!

I've tried resyncing SPV wallet - restart - no change
Resynced Dao state - restarted - no change
Tried deleting folders from appdata - roaming - db - restarted - no change
