Currently this is the Flame Quills' damage on the stairs area. You can notice that It also take a part of plane.

I don't know if Flame Quills occupy the highest part of the stairs, but I can confirm that there are some areas of the stairs that should be safe.

Edit: Regarding the second issue, I can confirm that Flame Quills hit you also if you are near the wall or the stairs.

Current Behaviour

Al'ar's Flame Quills damages players in the stairs opening on the bottom of the platform. This requires people to have considerable distance from the stairs, making it impossible to reach Al'ar before it will wipe the raid with Flame Buffet spam

Expected Blizzlike Behaviour

Should be safe halfway the stairs

Steps to reproduce the problem

1. Get Al'ar to cast Flame Quills
2. Sit on the opening of the ramp at the bottom floor
