Code folding invocation

I sure would like it if code folding and unfolding could be done in the gutter between the text and the line numbers, as is done in a couple of other programmer's editors.

The keyboard shortcut is available, but it's not always obvious if code can be folded at the cursor's position. And I'm not a huge keyboard shortcut user.

If it can't be implemented in the gutter, then at least a context sensitive right-click menu would be nice (the option could be unavailable if folder was not available at that location).
