Row re-ordering does not work on block slots

Slots for new event and action blocks do not accept the long-press to trigger a row ordering. My interaction feeling is that they should.

This is on purpose. Shouldn't the empty line always be at the end?

The empty line yes, but for the empty slots of other lines, it would be helpful to be able to move them by pressing there.
