The uconfig was retracted, but since there is the splitio go-client, I'll try to ask renovate to rebase/retry

Rebase/retry failed. I'm going to close this MR without merge. The splitio v6.5.1 update will need to be updated manually, or alternatively we can wait until a new minor/patch is released.
