Possibility to save file locally when sharing with/to Send Reduced

Sometimes I need to use a photo for some app which doesn't allow sharing photos to it and which doesn't allow choosing Send Reduced when getting an image from "Gallery". It would be good if it would be possible to share images to Send Reduced and then have Send Reduced offer its own option of sending the reduced image to disk on its own, instead of having to do workarounds like sharing to some messenger and sending the images to myself.
