Can we use argocd-autopilot to install cert-manager using helm charts plugin?

is this correct process?

Or is it advised to install cert-manager manually on kubernetes cluster using helm CLI?

anyone can share the reference code for argocd autopilot app for installing cert-manager on kubernetes cluster using helm charts plugin?
