Create a dictionary based on datastack tables that corresponding to general neuroanatomical structure. This would allow users to shift from Datastack selection > Table Selection > Neuroglancer Link to Datastack selection > Table Selection based on neuronal annotation schema > Neuroglancer Link. The annotation schema (though always evolving) lives here.
