What

As part of this PR this search interaction was reviewed in a holistic way. Some suggestions below:

Search iterative improvements
Issue Potential Fix
The button on mobile, aren't buttons but links which impacts WCAG 1.3.1 buttons-search These could be updated to buttons however the overall Design would need be adjusted also
search results font weight, one is normal the other is bold Review font weight across views
image Update Accordion Design to match updated version, impacting WCAG 3.2.4
