For Allo 2.2 and beyond.. I would like to have a Distribution Strategy Library that enables builders to easily payout via

  1. merkle payout
  2. drips
  3. superfluid
  4. hedgey
  5. cross-chain bridges

Ideally it would only be 1 or 2 lines to change out the distribution strategy (if done via code).. or even better.. this could be determined at runtime by the round operator.
