https://frametrail.org/ lets you annotate videos with different pieces of media to build context to the communicated information. We've been discussing how we can break away from static documents and this is one example of something we could incorporate.

We're currently looking at the upload of static documents simply because that's what's currently published but there is no reason to adhere to this.
