Summary

Top-level Strategies should be to the left of top-level Claims

Steps to reproduce

For the following case:

I did the following:

  1. Created S1
  2. Created P1
  3. Created S2
  4. Created P2

What you expected to happen/ what really did happen

P1 and P2 should be together and to the right of S1 and S2.

Version/ platform

Current behaviour tested on staging on July 10th.
