initial_prompt not working?

Hey,

i was trying to use the initial_prompt parameter to better filter out transcribed names, birthdays or other things. No matter what prompt i use the output never changes. Am i doing something wrong or is this parameter not working properly?
What could i provide for debugging?

Compare output with openai-whisper or faster-whisper CLI /w initial prompt to confirm that it's an issue on our side.
