What was the Problem?

It looks like this issue was fixed in the server some time ago, but the android app is not getting the memo: advplyr/audiobookshelf#2207

Web interface properly tracks downloads:

Android app does not track downloads it did not initiate itself:

As with the original bug report; the downloads are listed on the server and available for playback, but they are not synced with the feed list interface.
