Add short string to module_t packet for Ship.

In the LOADSHIP packet, let's add a short name string for each module, to show up in the GUI that displays. Proposed module names are:

"LifeSup"
"Core"
"Thrust"
"Engine"
"WarpDr"
"NavSens"
"Transpt"
"Shields"
"Armor"
"Phasers"
"Torpedo"
"TargSens"

Feel free to revise them to be less Trek-like and more sci-fi, but neutral. I propose that the name be capped at 8 or 9 characters in length, and also padded to that length in the packet.
