Add Domain to Events

Event doesn't have domains, so it is impossible to get all the event related to domain.

Describe the feature you are requesting, as well as the possible use case(s) for it.

By adding domain to events we can retrieve the all the events related to domain

Sure, but I am leaning towards adding this.

This depends on the new Auth approach; from @felixgateru moving auth outside of services and @arvindh123 new access control model. I'm moving it to the next sprint when the initiatives above are completed.
