Show project name instead of "tmp" for the virtual environment #28

When activating the virtual environment, the terminal/command prompt display (tmp) instead of the project name which, imo, doesn't look nice.

 - configuration scripts will now check if wget/curl is installed
 - no longer using tmp as the virtualenv

I agree, tmp is a bad naming convention to store the virtualenv.
