Add sample label to read_assignments.tsv/transcript_model_reads.tsv based on --labels?

Hi,

Is it easy and possible to add the label ID of each BAM file to the read_assignments.tsv and transcript_model_reads.tsv for each read?
It would be nice to know which read comes from which sample.
