Describe the bug
On application, regardless of if checkbox is ticked or not as long as box is clicked the value will be set to true

To Reproduce

  1. Navigate to application
  2. Click checkbox
  3. Verfify value

  • Browser: All

Example of proper implementation can be seen on manage email page
