Primer for Demo Night

@shannona would you have some availability to put together a brief primer on Demo night? Did you attend the one in Prague?

I think the key info we need to convey are:

• How to apply for demo night (Submit Github Issue)
• How we select demo's. @ChristopherA can you add some context here?
• Number of demo slots available (Did we decide on this?)
• How demo night works on the day. E.g. everyone watching same set of demo. Aim to build shared understanding amongst RWOT attendees.

Let me know if you need any more info on this.
