I think the Blockchain ID / World Citizenship initiative might be useful for the ID2020 Refugee Use Case?

Thanks for this! I'll take a look and see if we can fit it in. There is some traffic going on for non-git people in an etherpad but I am bringing in the changes as needed on my repo fork.
