Collecting submissions has a confusing workflow

When collecting a submission, the submission will indicate that it has already been collected, when in reality it is pending approval by the uploader.
The message while it is pending approval by the uploader should be less ambiguous. Something like, "You have collected this submission, but it is pending approval by the uploader"
