Should be extensible, provide results in various outputs, push results in real time to AppVeyor CI feed, show progress, have various severity levels and provide scripting surface to write custom tests.

MVP should test for the most basic things like duplicate names (warning), invalid constraint combinations, orphaned shared entries etc.
