frequency capping support

Hi all,

Re reading through the proposal, I couldn't find any mention of frequency / recency capping support.
Was that use case considered? Is it supported in current version of either PARAKEET / MaCAW ? If not, do you envision support in the future? if yes, how?

Did you see the prevWins data provided in browserSignals to generateBid? The spec describes this as "times when [this interest group] previously won the auction, to allow on-device frequency capping" -- https://github.com/WICG/turtledove/blob/main/FLEDGE.md#32-on-device-bidding

@jeffkaufman sorry, but I believe you are referring to the FLEDGE proposal. I am referring to PARAKEET / MACAW. Sorry if that wasn't clear.

@jdelhommeau, please let us know your thoughts post client side finalizeAd() discussion we had in Aug/11 bi-weekly call. We think that with recently served ad from same buyer would help to manage freq cap.
