Old org names

Because

When an organization changes its name (or is misnamed in the metadata), we need to store the old name somewhere, so we can find it by the old name.

E.g.

• WGBH Educational Foundation also known as
  • WGBH
  • GBH
• National Archives and Records Administration is incorrectly listed as National Records and Archives Administration
  • 🏛 Move National Archives AAPB2#2814
  • Rename NARA records ams#900

Done when

Beta Give feedback

1. Orgs have an old_names: List[str] | None field
2. Orgs can be searched by old_names and redirected to the correct org
