Transcript warning doesn't appear if window too narrow

Details

For assets with transcripts with status "Uncorrected" we display warning in an orange box above the transcript saying it's likely inaccurate.

However, if the browser is narrow enough that info is displayed single column, then that warning does not get displayed. Similarly, on a phone/mobile browser the message is missing.
